I installed the beta, as restarts didn't resolve the issue after all. After 2 hours memory is at 43% and CPU cores are between 0-20%.

My RT-AX89X has settled down. The log is no longer filling with messages, and it's been up for over 30 minutes.

Exact same issue for me with my AX89X. I have auto-update disabled, but the log is full of checking for updates.
