You can kill the process, I did to no ill effect (code borrowed from SNB Forums). Logs are now totally clear and CPU/memory usage is normal. They probably pushed a bad asd update.kill -SIGSTOP $(ps | grep '[a]sd$' | awk '{print $1}')
It's not saying the firmware was updated 5 days ago, that's the anti-virus/site blocking signature file update. Your firmware version is from Oct 2022.
