Did you try switching the sd card slot? i bought a 13th gen and it has the sd card in slot 2 so I wonder if they have an issue with their board designs as It seems to be an identical mainboard on the 22 and 23 MY
Its the film around the battery rattling inside the case . You need to open to fix by sticking it back in place . You may be able to squeeze the laptop and verify that its not the actual speaker distorting before opening .
