I have this problem too. It actually causes system hangs sometimes. Steam is a big culprit but I've seen other apps having problems with the iGPU enabled.

UPDATE: the newly release BIOS version 1.0.0.4 has seemingly solved all my problems. I'm back to EXPO II with no C5 errors and (so far) 100% stability in the OS. Will update if anything goes wrong.
