Updated to 1.5.3.1. Did clean install. Still thinks that my strix 1080TI OC wants to go to the moon with 11k MHZ on memory.

This cant be right. Did clean install on drivers and GPU Tweak III but what ever I do software will try and set my memory to 11000 something Mhz. Slider does not go under 10000 mhz. What gives ? its a Asus 1080TI OC (strix). Took a lot of crashes to ...
