It might be a bad board...try with a different one. I had issues with my x870e Hero myself, had to return it and get a new one to fix the issues with expo
@Silent_Scone Problem solved. Motherboard was the issue!!!Same motherboard, same setup, EXPO I enabled, ram was trained and booted with Windows with no problems. Now I just have to have this bad unit returned and get my money back.

Hello @Silent_Scone Changed the contact frame with the original one from the motherboard. Nothing changed, system will try and apply the expo settings but will shut down and restart showing the below image.
