Yes, I have been referred to Raja's guide before but I don't see anything of use to my problem. I am 90% sure I have it built correctly, it is just not POSTing or showing the bios. It stays on once turned on but still no bios or anything.I am not try...

Well, that is the problem. Is that the CPU LED only lights up when I hit the reset button. It stays on for as long as I want. Only does it do that when I hit reset. But still no BIOS. No flashing or anything.
