Looks like we're all using 4x8Gb sticks.
I run 2 kits of 16Gb; technically a mix. I use this PC for music and keep lots of samples in memory, although realistically 16Gb was probably sufficient. They were verrry cheap at the time

similar experience for me on a tuf-x570-plus wifi
undervolting happily on a 3600 (~1.25v), updated BIOS from 4602 to 4802. PC would not start.
it wanted to default to 1.456v for the vcore, and now will not boot into W11 running lower than 1.35v.
