Noticed something odd with the latest BIOS.When using teams conference calls anytime I had my USB camera on my audio had pops and cracks.Rolling back to 1304 removed the issue.
Asus rog strix z690-a gaming wifi d4 owner here and wondering about this savitech amp and whether it is applied to the audio ports on the back, the ports on the front or what?Does anyone know where in the audio chain this amplification is applied?
@DezM nobody is blaming anyone here, we're just letting him know about the detection.Also, saying you installed it without issue doesn't mean that it's a false positive.
I agree, it's because of these always updated drivers I am probably married to Asus for motherboards for the foreseeable future.

@bass_junkie_xl Thanks so much for posting this, I kept waiting for this slow USB init on windows to fix itself and finally got fed up and just purchased a discrete sound card.

The only real issue I have is the fan profiles, the built in profiles really don't make much sense, the silent isn't really silent and the standard is far more aggressive than a standard profile should be. If you disagree about the built in profiles ...
