Can the Huracan G21CX fit and power an Nvidia RTX 4070/4080? Thanks

I have a Huracan G21 and I am looking to purchase an additional power/sata connector combo for a second drive.Can someone provide me with a part number and point me to the correct location to purchase the connector.Please see the attached picture
