Realtek was not enabled in the start up apps. Enabling it fixed it.Thank you. This has been a long term battle and I can't tell you how much I appreciated having it work.

I should have added that I am running Windows 11 22h2. Also the DTS Ultra app worked -- which it never did before. Just the Audio Console that won't connect to RPC service.
