Well, my 11700k running at 5,2 ghz at all cores at 350w is perfectly stable on my z590-f.No issues at all, so I don't think the statement that it is a crappy board holds true at all.Try unplugging your usb devices, maybe that will help.
Does 1801 have the mitigation for the downfall security voulaberly? If so I will skip it, as I have read the fix affects the performance in a negative manner.
