I have solved the problem. I removed all hardware (CPU, GPU, RAM etc). I just plugged the motherboard with a 24 PIN ATX power cable and tried the BIOS Flashback feature with success. I am now using the latest version BIOS.

I tried with 2 different USBs. Both are FAT32 (32GB and 64 GB)Do you want FAT file format or FAT32? There is no FAT file format in Rufus.
