Yes.I have tested with two xbox series x.The xbox series x were showing nat type open, without any port forwarding.I also had a problem previously that icmp ping wasn't being responded to, but it is now.

I have factory reset with a pinhole reset today and previous occasions. with two AXE-16000, and although a different router, I have still have exactly  the same issue as you.
