it shows you have the asus x870 e gaming wifi right?you can see from my picture if you hit the show all button there is more options for firmware updates.

did you go through the list of the other firmware updates? there are other USB firmware updates that are different USB hubs. obviously do not update anything that is 4242 or PD

run the pd update tool again and you will lose your usb ports. DO NOT TOUCH ANYTHING. it will come back after the update successfully went through.

well sometimes it does restart at the start but then it should boot right back into the bios and start updating.
