I have Linux and Windows 8 in dual boot. Bios revision is 1502the CPU is i7 975 and the ram is Corsair dominator 12GB(3x4GB) 2000mhz. I have removed the waterblock of my R3 and when i reassemble all, I have had this problem.

I have reset CMOS but i can't see nothing on my monitor because it blocked as i show you in my video.The RAM led is steady on while the CPU led blinks only when i try to turn it on.
