As Shamino said, when you enable MCR, you may try with PowerDown enabled (it should be in the same section).In my case, I must have it on to be stable.

It happened to me that it boot without issue for 2 or 3 days in a row, and then the issue show up again.I always had All cores negative 30 and now 50 (since 1002 and 1004) and no issues, my only issue was ODCP/EXPO back then.
