Sorry for the late reply. I used the bios update option utilizing a flash drive plugged directly into the rear flash port. Instructions are in the MOBO manual. For the Cmos reset I used the reset button with system off first, then just for general p...

Just another update. After the 1505 flashed bios update and Cmos reset it's now been over three weeks and all is still holding well. Fingers crossed!

Just thought I would pop on real quick to let anyone who's interested know that the new bios and subsequent CMOS reset has done the trick and is working well so far. Granted, it's only been a couple of days but I will keep posting at weekly intervals...
