Enabling one of the fans of the motherboard to spin and 100% RPM. Even trying to change the rotation in BIOS and is not solved. Is this problem bios? Does it happen to anyone else? I have three fans, two are normal. Last fan gets 100% use.

I bought Asus Hero X870e, this 0d error started a few times. I activated this function in the bios "Monitoring Software reboot workaround" and it solved the problem. Why didn't Asus communicate about this problem? Does this affect any performance?
