9945 can go 3600mhz easily, but 1401 + 1403 very very hard , i always got back to 2133 when start pcSorry for my bad english, i using galax hof 3200 2x8gb
with c6h + 1700x or 1800x, you can try this method to real temp:Go to bios, find T offset and set it to 63(Tdie) DON'T TRY THIS WITH OTHER CPU, JUST 1800x + 1700x
