I keep getting this issue and I have no idea what to do... HELP PLEASE!

I'm not sure if its my computer or what but Youtube videos are EXTREMELY laggy for me. Anyone know any fixes? I use Google Chrome and have an Asus G73SW

I can't seem to factory restore my G73S.I press F9 at boot but I don't have the recovery options. I also only have 1 Hard Disc.

On default, Fraps says I get 60 frames at the highest. What about you guys?
