Windows Power saving / Balanced / Performance modes. They got stuck. I had the same problem days ago, same processor.Just change modes and see what happens.
With the previous beta I was able to set FCLK 2000 and Memory at 4000 (DDR4-3600 kit) with no issues at all, first try. Sometimes I had some reboots, always at idle, while doing nothing, never when use or heavy use/test... Lowering to FCLK 1966 / DDR...
I found my problem and I resolved it. It was the new Nvidia GFE Beta, wich has OC and Fan controls. I use Afterburner with manual fan control but I set it to Auto to test the 0db fan. It happens than the fan control of GFE switched to "Manual" at "34...
