Is the chipset Driver not anymore on the Asus Driver SIte? When i look under Maximus XI Extreme under Chipset there are only the Management Drivers from Intel. In the past there was a single Chipset Driver. Isn´t hat need anymore?

ILM is the original Load mechanism from intel/Mainboard Vendor. Replace your contact frane with the original one and all problems will be gone. The Problem with the Frames is to tight to loose everytime problems.
7200 should work normally. 8k out of box depends on imc and voltages and so on. So it can be possible that it doesnt work. Do you have original ILM or a Contact Frame ?
