These are 4 pin connectors but are they PWM as well?

They said by the end of March from some sources and it's the second to last day of the month. Anyone know when it will be released? I need to buy one before they become out of stock in 10 mins.

I set my voltage to 1.350 manually and watching HWMonitor and CPU-Z my voltages are spiking to 1.4 to 1.55. I have no idea how long this has happened for and for now I have removed the overclock and set it to default. My loadline calibration was on l...
