I did an update and the problem persists.I also did a clean installation and it didn't solve it. On B650 the latest version from Asus is the one that works for me. Realtek Audio Driver V6.0.9517.1 for Windows 10 64-bit& Win11 64-bit---(WHQL).

I have the same problem with a TUF B650-PLUS  -Realtek Audio Drivers (UAD - ASUS TUF / PRIME DTS AP) 6.0.9599.1I performed a clean installation and the problem was not solved.
