Of course I tried this.So far neither disabling external drives nor changing boot priority (put Windows Boot Manager first) help 

I know this could work, but I'm looking for a way to stay with UEFI. Hopefully there is some.

Info you wanted:1) UEFI setup (where the option is).2) Setup that causes a problem. I think I tried nearly everything, i.e. changing order, disabling drives, etc. Nothing helps. When MyBook is plugged system freaks!
