Im suddenly having issues with restarting my PC about half the time. Doesn't seem to happen when booting from shut down, only restarts. I've been running the same bios settings for about a year without issue. Any ideas what's causing this?

I'm running 32gb ram at xmp 4000C17. I've manually set IO and SA to 1.2 and dram voltage is xmp set 1.35. I wasn't having this issue ever before this bios update. I've updated every bios since release.
