My first RIVBE had the same problem, so it was RMA'd. My second one came a revision newer aswell, but has the same problem. I've tried raising my VCCSA and VTT and have had the same problem.

No bent pins - Reset CMOS - Put one stick in A2 and it wont post (RAM LED is on). Tried another stick and same thing.RMA website seems to be down, have been trying that page for the past 48 hours.
