Not sure thats good advice because the microcode protects you for issues. How would you protect your cpu for the issue fixed in this new bios?

On default settings I see p cores boost to 5300 with a ******ty cinebench score and @ my own settings they boost to 4900/5000 but with a much higher cinebench score...

Correct, it was for example the voltage spike used to boost the 2 cores to 6GHz  on a 14900k that caused the problem.
