I just figured it out. I closed Sonic Studio 3 and it works.. It doesn't work when Sonic Studio 3 is running.

I've tried a few times and had no success. Basically the monitor tab stays greyed out. if i move between the home info and tools on top it turns red but i hit it and nothing happens. I have reinstall my driver from scratch as well before reinstalling...
