As the title states: can the Nvidia card be the default GPU instead of Intel for everything?

Has anyone found a way to have the Nvidia card set as default instead of the Intel crap?

My new Gl551JW has a 128 gb SSD. I have bought a larger one {256 gb}, cloned the C: drive onto it but cannot find the location of the original. I disassembled the laptop and the SSD is not visible anywhere near the HDD or Mem slots.Does anyone know i...
