I don't think you want to run your CPU at 100ºC. Using anything but manual voltage for synthetic benchmarks is bad as the board itself will add more volts to the CPU resulting in dangerous voltage levels.
I check for bios updates a lot since I have nothing better to do, updated to 2401 weeks ago and been fine so far. I'll try to go back to 2012 since the others have been pulled... be nice to know the problem with the other ones that were pulled. Up...
I would suggest to put those settings in bios yourself, not through AI Suite 3. I never had AI Suite 3 work for me so I uninstalled it and just use the bios for my settings. My CPU is not a good overclocker so 4.4 is good enough for me. Set the bios ...
