The "y" key clip is broken on one side will Asus send me a replacement key or will I have to ship my entire notebook out to them? It was recently purchased and don't want to deal with shipping it out and etc.

I am able to order a replacement key off eBay or other various sites so why wouldn't they be able to send me a replacement key? And no I am not going to replace it with a different key that's not ideal to me.
