144hz mem mhz stuck highest

when its at 144hz the memory clock is stuck at the highest clock but on 120hz its goes down like it should why is this?

is my ssd connected to the pcie slot?

well it says it runs at 3.5 on the specs but i get around 3.35 ghz so will we be able to run the game?
