What is the point of having the option to backup and restore scenario profiles, when the device profiles to which they are linked are not backed up??? So you end up having restored all your scenario profiles, but find out out none of them are working...

There is option to calibrate Gladius III to Scabbard II, but on Gladius II Origin that option is missing. Why? Isn't mouse pad calibration supposed to be universal?

I love the keyboard, but it's loud! The sound is being emitted regardless of the RGB light and if I set the light to maximum there is another noise that makes it even louder. I cannot make this keyboard silent no matter what I try. I already replaced...

I find the maximum brightness to be too bright, but if I put the keyboard into Aura Sync mode it doesn't allow me to change brightness. Is there a way to change it?
