can someone tell me why i keep getting this warning..sometimes i get a centigrade -celsius something like that

ok hi guys i finally able to get my system together and first boot i was able to go to the bios option..the bios version shows its bios version is 3204 build 3/02/2012...so am i all good with this bios or do i need to get the new version 3305? thnx
