Every time Q led stuck's in boot and only goes away after post message, but if you say that is ok. Right, the only option left is defective hdd This is a pain in the ass, but why the hdd have passed all tests?I going to do some more tests now...

You mean the internal disk right?Ok i going to teardown the Hdd right now, but you have another bet what that issue may be?BTW thanks very much for the BIG Help HiVizMan and Antronman. 
