I tested the memory in another computer and it turns out, one of the four memory ram is not working.So im going send the memory to RMA.Thank you for your cooperation.

At 2400Mhz and yes i have tested the memory individually with no problems.The problem is when i put all together, only detects 24GB instead of 32GB.
