Hello,Since i've updated my bios, i started having an issue with my overclocked computer when i try to wake it up after a couple of hours or more. Sometimes the screen stays black, and sometimes some graphical artifacts appear. This happens only when ...
Hello,I overclocked my 6600K to 4.7Ghz, and made sure it's stable using a long realbench stress test, but whenever i restart my computer the overclocking fails, what could be causing this ?Thanks,
Thanks Chino,You were right So what now ? on each bios update with "improved stability" changelog means that we have to add more voltage ? i am right now at 4.6@1.38V which seems a bit too high to me, i will try to get it down to 1.37 later, but 1....
What's worrying me more, is that games haven't really improved much graphically these last 3 years, we're just getting same graphics with less fps somehow.
I really hope ASUS or Intel take a look into this seriously some day ... i have seen this issue quite often on Skylake builds. I too suffer from it and i'm running my memory in single channel mode
I gave 4.7 Ghz another try, i went directly to 1.4V - 1.408V during stress (which is not ideal) and it's stable, gonna start reducing voltage now, but if i can't stabilize it with a reasonable voltage i will just use 4.6 @ 1.32V.
