I got 3733MHz ram, does this mean I can try to overclock it to 4000MHz or does that mean 3733MHz is as high as I can overclock it to, and can I do this on x299-A prime ASUS mobo?

I got 3733MHz ram, does this mean I can try to overclock it to 4000MHz or does that mean 3733MHz is as high as I can overclock it to, and can I do this on x299-A prime ASUS mobo?

Is there a guide somewhere? I've never overclocked a card before, and this one seems to warrant it Specifically for this card. I mean, do I just manually up the max MHz of the core clock speed until it crashes? Do I start with voltage first?Thanks!B...
