I actually wanted to buy a new mainboard, but now I found out that there is no TPM Header/Connector available (on product images or manuals). For the entire AM5 Series. So only via CPU/ftpm?

I think you bought the wrong one, this one is for Intel support. For AMD EXPO Support at Kingston, there must be an E in the designation after the BB.

@MagicHp Why I and others have no problems. Use ram from the Motherboard QM list or Ram Manufacturer list. If you don't use it, it's your own fault, that's what it's there for.
@nomoreload TeamGroup RAMs with 4x Modules is not supported by ASUS AM5 X...
