Hey guys.Had my rig apart and I was clumsy lol and knocked off mobo and it flung off my desk and hit side of chair.I broke this coil off next to the pcie lane. Does anyone know what it does? I glued it back on.. mobo seems to boot ok

just wondering does anyone know the heat output in watts of a 3960x at 5.3ghz ?trying to work out the heat watts so I know how close I am to the 300 watts tuned load on my phase unit.cheers
