Hi all!I had a question I was hoping people could help shed light on. My 4770k chip is a strange one in terms of Vcore behavior. When I increase vcore past...about 1.26V I get increasing instability to the point where 1.35-1.4V wont even boot up at st...
Hi there,I run a loop with 2 D5 pumps...one actually started to fail on me after about 2 years of use and it got me wondering about automatic shudown features of the M6E...1) Does it auto shutdown if there is no RPM or a set threshold minimum RPM on ...
Hi there,I have a M6E and was going to pull the trigger on 3 290s soon, but wanted to be sure their new crossfire implementation was fully compatible with the M6E or any of the haswell boards...Anyone have any experience on this? Thanks!
Hi there, Yesterday I tried to update my bios with 1002 using M6E ezflash but could not get boot screen after with code 62. Then tried with bio0903 and same issue. So rolled back to bios 0804 using the usb flashback and its back to normal.Any thought...
Hi all,I love the adaptive voltage and power saving of haswell but I dont love the extra 0.1V with AVX enabled software. I have been experimenting and now use 1.25V for 4.75 GHZ stable and have turned on C3/6/7 with manual voltage. Now I get nice idle...
Hey Raja,More core was delidded so temps stay around 60 C max while stress testing. As for cache voltage - i have increased it in the past with no significant improvements to my vcore limit. Got to a point where I can't think of other options.
Finally after a year I meet people with the same issue! Cktll..you try your CPU on a different mobo to see if the vcore limit was lifted? Could you give us some more details...It seems like you and your friend did with the z97 msi and the giga boards...
Woha hey Jeff...that sounds very similar to my situation. If I go higher on the vcore it would start giving me 101/124 errors while at lower voltages it wowould be fine. For my CPU I think the sweet spot is 1.264-1.280V at load...but the issue is dep...
