Just got mine from http://www.dustinhome.no and nothing in my box or an email. They did add +game on the card name before I bought it, so I sent them a mail now to find out whats happening.
did a search for "active displayport to HMDI", but couldnt find one myself. You could go with the normal DVI to HDMI adapter on both DVI ports.Then get the active diplayport to DVI,then hook a DVI to HDMI adapter on top of that again
