My board shows the code A0 and cannot load into windows but is stuck outside.

Mobo is maximus IV genez/gen3. Update to 3501 bios from 0403. All the old OC settings saved are all gone so how do i restore them or do i need to tweak settings again?

Using maximus IV genez matx mobo. USB storage device is WD my passport 1TB device.Enabled USB 3 in bios settings.Yes i have plugged it into the usb3 port and still i only have normal and turbo selection which my usb 2.0 devices have too.
