Hi -Looking to move up from my trusty old G72GX, and was wondering if the G750 Series have Optimus Technology? I frequently boot linux, and Optimus isn't well supported, and was hoping the G750 didn't use Optimus technology.Thanks,Rett
Perfect - I am glad to hear that Asus didn't do Optimus on these machines, I agree its buggy and hinders performance (and compatibility with alternative OS's). I seems that most manufacturers have adopted optimus Thanks for the info.
