Backtracker - possible to perform 2 operations using same usb device?

can i backup the factory recovery image & the ASUS Driver/App on the same usb? or do i need 2 usb drives?

G751JT-CH71 planning on replacing the hdd and adding more ram.

can anyone suggest to me which set of 16gb(8x2) of ram is compatible with this model?also, I already have a seagate 5400rpm SSHD, will that work on this system just fine? or should i buy a 7200rpm SSHD?can't wait for the responds.
