Good news for you ! I just installed the realease 1003 for the BIOS but no change for me. I have only one M.2 on the port 1.Can you tell me the model of your PCIE notwork card ?
I'm in the same situation. Only the main M.2 and first PCIE slot for my GC. What version of bios are you using? I'll try with the new version 1003, just in case...
