Saw a reviewer on Youtube (4.10) Overclocked Asus Strix RTX 4090 Review w/ 5300 mhz i9 12900KS OC - YouTube @ 4.13 he mentions his power light was a solid on and said this was normal.Does anyone know if this is correct.

Booted computer today and had this window popup DipAwayMode.exe not found.ASUS AI Suite 3 would not start.So uninstalled ASUS AI Suite 3.Downloaded ASUS AI Suite 3 V3.01.10 .But clicking on AsusSetup.exe or Setup.exe, won't start the install.

Have noticed if you increase the BUS speed to 100.4 or above the USB 3.1 GEN 2 disables and is only USB 2 compliant.Is this by design or a bug?
