Simply go to Windows 11 Sécurity and disable / uncheck processor core isolation. Tada!

Yes I am aware about some missing features on windows 11 but everything work as intended (for about 98%). My computer might work properly and I know for facts that I'm not alone in that situation. And also, it would be fun.
